At first you might think that you are hiring a medical provider. While that is correct, it is also incomplete. I will absolutely provide high quality healthcare to my patients, but I do more than that.
When I join a project I bring the appropriate medical and safety equipment, environment specific survival equipment, a network of specialists if needed, $50,000-$200,000 USD liability insurance, communications equipment including UHF/VHF radios and satellite based communicators, a US physician on retainer, and above all else a professional focused on risk management so we don’t have to use any of that.
Perhaps your needs can be met with training. I can do that. Do you have a curriculum already developed that just needs to be delivered or does something need to be created to specifically address the hazards your organization faces? Either way I can help you out. As an experienced instructor and training developer I’ll make sure the training provided is customized, impactful, and enjoyable.
